These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of whyrejected.in (“WhyRejected”), run by WhyRejected. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

The service

WhyRejected gives a free AI resume check. For a one-time fee of ₹299 (inclusive of applicable taxes), you can download a resume PDF that our AI rewrites or creates from the information you give. An optional cover letter is available for ₹99. These are digital products delivered instantly online. Nothing is shipped physically. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Give true information. Check the final resume carefully before you use it.
• Upload only your own resume, or one you have permission to use.
• Do not misuse the website, try to break it or upload harmful files.

No job guarantee

We help you improve your resume, but we do not promise interviews, jobs or any hiring result. AI output can have mistakes, so please review it.

Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Each payment is one-time. There is no subscription and no auto-debit. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

The website design, logo, templates and text belong to WhyRejected. The content of your resume belongs to you.

No job guarantee

WhyRejected provides resume review and resume rewriting services only. We do not guarantee any job, job offer, interview, shortlisting, callback or ATS score or result. Hiring decisions are made only by employers and recruiters, and we have no control over them.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
