Shipping & Delivery Policy

WhyRejected sells only digital products. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

How you get your order

• Instant on-screen download: right after successful payment, your resume PDF (and cover letter, if bought) is ready to download on the same screen, usually within a minute.
• By email: a download link is also sent to the email address you give at checkout.
• Your files stay available to download for 7 days, after which they are deleted for your privacy.

Delivery time

Instant, usually within 1–2 minutes of payment. In rare cases it may take up to 24 hours.

If delivery fails

• Refresh the page or use the link in your email.
• If you still cannot download, contact us at support@whyrejected.in with your mobile number and payment date. We will send your file within 24 hours.
• If we cannot deliver it, you get a full refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
